Every person carries an assignment. We help activate it.
The Reger Foundation is a faith-rooted ministry vehicle founded by Ryan and Melane Reger to equip believers, strengthen churches and ministries, and resource Kingdom work through open-handed generosity.
“For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us” — Ephesians 2:10 (AMPC) — Ephesians 2:10 (AMP)

“We believe we are a channel, not a reservoir. What God brings in, goes straight out to equip people and advance His Kingdom.”
Identity comes before assignment. When believers discover who God made them to be, everything changes.
The Reger Foundation is planted by the stream. What flows in, flows out: into believers discovering their calling, into leaders needing refreshing, and into frontline ministries already doing the work. We don’t store it up. We give it away.
“…like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season.” Psalm 1:3
How the Foundation Works
Three pillars that guide our focus, our travel, and every dollar stewarded.
Equipping & Activation
Hosting workshops, teachings, and calling clinics rooted in resources like Finding Your Grace Place. Helping men and women untangle confusion and step confidently into their God-given assignments.
Generosity & Partnership
Financial and strategic support for frontline ministries, missionaries, and Kingdom entrepreneurs. We give what we receive, passing resources forward directly where the fruit is real.
Ministry Outreach
Traveling to serve, teach, encourage, and strengthen pastors, leadership teams, and local churches across the nation and globally. Stepping into rooms where encouragement is needed most.
“Instruct those who are not in their place of battle. Be skilled at gently encouraging those who feel themselves inadequate. Be faithful to stand your ground. Help the weak to stand again. Be quick to demonstrate patience with everyone.”
— 1 Thessalonians 5:14 (TPT)
Find their place.
Many believers love God but have never found their place in His story. The free Kingdom Calling Profile helps them discover it.
Discover your callingEncourage the inadequate.
Most people who are called feel unqualified. We come alongside them with mentoring, prayer, and someone who believes in them.
Strengthen those who stand.
Pastors and leaders hold the line for everyone else. We go to them to preach, pray, and refill what ministry pours out.
Help the weak stand again.
Our Activation Scholarships make sure cost is never what keeps a believer from rising into their calling.
