Three Core Pillars

How we activate calling & resource Kingdom work

Practical, hands-on ministry focused on spiritual identity, church leadership encouragement, and radical generosity.

Pillar 1

Equipping & Activation

Most believers want to serve God. They just don’t know where they fit, and comparison keeps them stuck. We help them find their place: first with the free Kingdom Calling Profile, then through workshops and teaching that turn discovery into a first step.

Pillar 2

Generosity & Partnership

Some of the most faithful people we know are doing Kingdom work with almost nothing. We come alongside them.

  • Activation Scholarships. Believers around the world who can’t afford training get access anyway, fully or partly covered.
  • Frontline partners. We give to missionaries, church planters, and local ministries already doing the work, and we stay in relationship with them, not just send a check.

We don’t sit on what we receive. Gifts move quickly to the people and ministries they’re meant for, and we’ll always tell you where they went.

Pillar 3

Ministry Outreach

Ryan and Melane travel across Texas, the U.S., and beyond to stand in rooms where God is stirring people. Every church is full of believers who sense they were made for more. We come to help them find it, name it, and take the first step.

  • Calling Sundays. Your congregation takes the free Kingdom Calling Profile before we arrive. Then we preach, pray, and minister at the altar, knowing who’s in the room.
  • Encouragement for pastors and leaders. Time with your staff to listen, pray, and help them release their people into ministry, not just fill volunteer slots.
  • The small and the far away. Church plants, rural congregations, and leaders overseas who rarely get anyone to come to them.

No church is too small. Cost should never keep a congregation from hosting us. Gifts to the foundation help us go where an honorarium isn’t possible.
