Our Journey & Conviction

A channel, not a reservoir. What comes in goes out.

From years of business and entrepreneurship to a clear call to activate God's people in their assignments.

The Journey: More Than Just Building for Ourselves

For many years, Ryan and Melane Reger were immersed in business, digital commerce, coaching, and entrepreneurship. They built platforms, wrote books like Streams of Income, and coached thousands of men and women looking to create freedom for their families.

Yet along the way, a deeper, undeniable conviction began to take root in their hearts. Financial provision and business acumen were blessings, but they were never the ultimate finish line. What good is gaining freedom if you do not know the assignment God created you to walk in?

The Reger Family

We’re Ryan and Melane, and we’ve seen it again and again: ordinary believers sitting on an extraordinary calling, waiting for permission. So we started giving it. Through the Reger Foundation, we help people find their grace place and step into it, wherever they live and whatever they can afford.

“Our family's heartbeat is to see everyday people step into the full clarity and courage of their spiritual calling.”
Generational Heritage & Roots of Generosity

Where the Heart of Generosity Began

Generosity is rarely born in a vacuum... it is caught, modeled, and passed down across kitchen tables and everyday faithfulness.

When I was a boy, I mowed my grandparents’ yard. Grandpa would pay me a little something. Then Grandma, Florence Alberta Reger, would pull me aside, press more money into my hand, and whisper, “Don’t tell your grandpa.”

My dad, Malcolm Reger, grew up middle class. He never had a lot, but he and Mom taught me to tithe, and time and again I watched him bless ministries and people who needed it. He didn’t give out of abundance. He gave because that’s who he was.

“They never had a foundation. They just gave, quietly and gladly. This is our way of carrying on what they started.”

Dad taught me to tithe before I understood why. Now I get to pass that same open hand to my son.

“Dad never had much, but he always found a way to give.”

Grandmother & Matriarch of Faith

Florence Alberta Reger

Ryan's grandmother, Florence Alberta Reger, carried a deep legacy of faith, hospitality, and quiet generosity. Her life reflected an unshakeable trust in God's provision and a constant desire to bless everyone who walked into her life.

“Her quiet, faithful giving planted the seeds that grow into this foundation today.”
The Foundation's Heartbeat

Why We Are a Channel, Not a Reservoir

A reservoir hoards water behind heavy walls. A channel lets living water flow right through to parched ground.

The Reger Foundation was deliberately formed as a 501(c)(3) public charity to serve as a conduit for generosity, ministry outreach, and Kingdom activation. We do not maintain an endowment to sit on capital. We steward what comes in to host workshops, minister to churches and ministries, and pass funds directly to worthy Kingdom workers.

When you partner with us or invite Ryan, you are helping release resources into the field where lives are transformed.
